Tenant Costs report

  • Updated

The Tenant cost report provides detailed cost overviews for individual tenants across multiple periods, allowing filtering by period, tenant, cost type, property sets, and usage/cost/CO2. Users can group, sort, and adjust views before exporting data to Excel, ensuring customized and precise reporting.

Here are some guidelines on how you can filter, group and sort data according to your needs.

What does the Tenant Costs report show?

 Reports > Tenant costs

The Tenant cost report is designed to provide a detailed overview of the Costs of individual Tenants across multiple periods.

Example:

  •  A Tenant may ask for an overview of all their Costs for the last year, month by month.
  • A Tenant may ask for an overview of their Electricity usage in kWh, month by month and separately for general and individual electricity.

If you do not see this report, ask your company admin user if they have given you access to it.

Filtering Tenant Costs reports

First of all, let's start by filtering the information to your needs. You can filter by:

  • Period – select Start and End dates, or choose the ready-made options "This Year" or "Last Year".
  • Tenant – you can select one Tenant, several, or All. Just start typing names and/or choose from the list. If no tenant is selected, the filter automatically adds "All".
  • Cost type – by default, you see only "Electricity", but you can select several Cost types or All from the drop-down.
  • Property-building sets – by default, you see the first set from your list. Usually each property only has 1 set, so you can filter using the usual Property filter in the heading. If you have multiple Cost sets within 1 Property, you can further select the set from this filter.
  • Usage/Cost/CO2 – by default, you see Electricity in Usage units (kWh in the case of Electricity), but you can select to view the Cost, meaning everything in Euros (or any other currency you use).

After you have selected all fields of interest, do not forget to click Search.
