There are several ways to personalize what you see in Moderan. Your changes are saved to your account only and won't affect any other user's view.
Selecting the columns in grids
You can choose exactly which data appears in any list view. Click the down arrow next to any column header, then hover over Columns to open a scrollable checklist.
Check the columns you want to show and uncheck the ones you don't. This works in any list view with checkboxes, such as Assets, Rental Contracts, Requests, and Reports.
By default not all columns are selected. If you are missing some info in the Moderan view, open the Columns menu and enable the relevant items.
If you added Custom Fields to your Immovables, Buildings, Spaces, Contracts or Contacts, you need to select them in the above mentioned way so that they are also displayed in the corresponding grid.
Arranging the columns in grids
You can reorder columns to suit your workflow. Simply click and drag a column header to a new position.
Setting the width of columns
You can resize columns to make information easier to read. Hover over the border between two column headers until the cursor changes shape, then click and drag to set your preferred width.
Sorting the information in columns alphabetically
Click any column header to sort by ascending order (A–Z). Click again to sort descending (Z–A). A third click removes the sort.
Re-arranging Reports list view
▶ Reports
In the Reports section all available reports are listed on the left-hand side. You can arrange them according to your own preferences and frequency of use. Just grab any report name and drag it up or down.
Moderan remembers your chosen order for reports, but only for you — other users can arrange reports in their own order.
Grouping feature in Reports
▶ Reports Revenues, Rent-roll, Spaces, Property costs, Tenant costs
Data grouping is available in any Report that shows a green bar at the top of the table. You can group report data by multiple levels for a better overview.
To group, drag a column header into the green bar at the top of the table.
Use Cases:
Example: If a property has multiple buildings, you can group by Buildings first, then by Tenants.
Example: To see General and Individual Costs separately in the Tenant Costs report, drag "Cost type" and "General/Individual" into the green bar.
